October is here and the change this month is simple weekday breakfasts with lots of fiber and not a lot of processing.
Last month I gave diet soda the boot. Soda is still out. I'm proud of it as it was a pernicious little habit of mine.
It's 6:30 and I have a cup of soymilk with chia seeds, peanut butter and cinnamon gelling up.
We had Chinese food last night and the siren call potstickers is loud.
